The Guam National Olympic Committee (GNOC) is governed by the GNOC Charter which outlines Governance, Management and Operations among other things. GNOC's Executive Board leads in developing its Strategic Plan which is then operationalised through four Annual Plans.. GNOC's Commissions are strategic pools of experts, professionals, and athlete representatives who collaborate to ensure the best interests of athletes are protected and that the Resource Mobilisation efforts of GNOC in conjunction with Partners is utilised for the growth of a new generation of athletes and healthy communities.
The Commissions of GNOC are diverse and reflect those at IOC, ANOC and ONOC and new Commissions can be created to manage emerging new challenges as and when they arise.
