Atkins Kroll sponsors the Guam National Olympic Committee

(Tamuning, Guam) Atkins Kroll, Inc., distributors of Toyota vehicles for Guam and Micronesia, signed a $30,000.00 (thirty-thousand dollars) sponsorship agreement with the Guam National Olympic Committee on Friday, June 1, 2018 at 11 a. m. in the Lexus showroom.

“We are proud to make this donation in support of our local athletes in their pursuits of their Olympic dreams in representing Guam on the world stage in the XXXII Olympic Summer Games in Tokyo, Japan,” said AK President Alex Hammett.

“Toyota has been a phenomenal supporter of sports and a pillar in our community.  As a World TOP Sponsor of the Olympic movement, GNOC is proud to have Toyota as an official Team Guam Olympic Partner.  Together we will work towards driving the dreams of our Olympic bound athletes into the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,” said Ricardo Blas, President GNOC

The Guam National Olympic Committee (GNOC) is the governing body of national sports federations on Guam recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).  GNOC received its recognition in 1987 by the late Juan Antonio Samaranch and is also a member of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) and Oceania National Olympic Committees (ONOC).  It is composed of 24 recognized National Federation members on island.

GNOC works closely with its member organizations to send athletes to compete in international and regional games such as the Summer Olympic Games, Summer Youth Olympic Games, World Games, ANOC Beach Games, Pacific Games, Asian Games, Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, Pacific Mini Games, East Asian Youth Games and Micronesian Games.
